Part-Time Craft Café Hosts (Summer Position)
We’re looking for an energetic, people-loving team member to join our Craft Café this summer! This is a customer-facing role for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, loves hospitality, and enjoys creating memorable experiences for others.
At our Craft Café, Guests order creative experiences from our menu, and we’re looking for someone who can make people feel welcomed from the moment they walk through the door, through the end of their creative experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
Greeting and hosting guests with warmth and enthusiasm
Seating and guiding guests through our Craft Café experience
Helping customers navigate and choose creative experiences from our menu
Creating an inviting, memorable, and welcoming atmosphere
Assisting guests throughout their visit and anticipating their needs
Preparing and setting up craft materials and projects
Helping customers with crafting questions and offering support when needed
Maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming space
Balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For:
Hospitality-first mindset (Restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred)
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with people
Crafty/creative skills and comfort helping with hands-on projects
Strong communication skills and initiative
Quick and reliable responder
Availability Thursdays - Sundays (Required).
Position Details:

Part-time
Approximately 1–2 shifts per week
Compensation $15 per hour + tips.

We’re looking for someone excited to bring positive energy, creativity, and hospitality into our community space.
2. Studio Operations Assistant (Part-Time)
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Studio Operations Assistant to help keep our studio running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is perfect for someone who loves systems, enjoys checking things off a list, and finds satisfaction in creating organized, functional spaces.
You’ll be responsible for helping reset the studio each week so our team and guests can walk into a clean, stocked, and ready-to-go environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Completing weekly studio reset tasks and operational checklists
Cleaning and maintaining the studio space, including:
Sweeping
Mopping
Dusting
Cleaning bathrooms
General studio upkeep and organization
Prepping inventory and supplies for the upcoming week
Organizing materials and ensuring the studio is stocked and ready
Updating menus and studio materials in Canva as needed
Printing, cutting, and preparing menus and materials for private events
Participating in a weekly planning meeting to review upcoming needs and inventory preparation
Using our task management system (Trello) to track and complete responsibilities
Running occasional last-minute supply errands when needed
Identifying opportunities for improved organization and efficiency
What We're Looking For:
Loves systems, organization, and creating structure
Very detail-oriented and naturally Type A
Strong initiative and ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills
Quick and reliable responder
Strong time management and follow-through
Comfortable taking ownership of tasks without needing constant direction
Someone who notices the little things others miss
Comfortable learning and using organizational systems (Trello)
Basic Canva skills preferred
Ability to lift, move, organize, and reset studio materials as needed
Position Details:
$17/hour
Approximately 1 workday per week (Monday or Tuesday daytime hours)
One weekly meeting for planning and inventory preparation
